Grist for the mill

This from Challies’ summary of the first Together for ~~Calvinism~~ The Gospel session:

If we are to remain faithful to the message of Scripture we need to remain Christians who love the systematic theology of Scripture.

What do you think? Does faithful to the message of scripture mean a love of systematic theology? Or is this an example of Systematic Theology fans telling everyone else they’ve redefined “faith” and faithfulness to make themselves the truly faithful?
